Hope Stevenson has twelve years of business and training experience. She began working for Kinney Corporation out of college as a manager for a retail store where she was responsible for weekly sales goals and the training of all new staff members. In 1998 she was employed by Vision Auto Glass. Again, she was responsible for training new hires and oversaw the customer service and dispatch departments. In 2003 Hope and her husband, Gary, began their own business, Arizona Glass Specialists. Hope hired and trained office personnel, headed up the customer service department and managed the company’s financial books. In 2005 Hope began consulting for the Muscle Car Garage. She is responsible for creating and implementing a customer service and marketing plan. Hope joined the Dave Pomeroy Signature Training team in December of 2004 and loves being a part of the hearth industry. She conducts training in health and safety, sales, service and management. Hope is a frequent writer for various hearth industry publications. She studied communications at Messiah College in Grantham, PA and continued her education at the University of Phoenix in Phoenix, AZ. Hope is a Red Cross certified instructor in both First Aid and CPR. She is also certified by the NFI in gas. Hope lives in Chandler, AZ with her husband and two dogs. She enjoys reading, sports, and traveling. |
